Search-earn is a toolbar, that works with MSIE and Firefox.

When you make a search with this toolbar it gives you 1 points.
(it Searchs in google, just uses redirect from their site)
and also ads appears at toolbar sometimes. they r 1 points too.
Point system is easy;
1 point = 0.1 cent
10 points = 1 cent
100 points = 10 cent
1000 points = 1 $
when you reach 100.000 points (it equals to 100$ :P) and 6 months pasts from your registeration date(just for 1 time) they pays you..
Bank and Paypal available as i know.
i dont know anymore about this, but it looks easy,
